The Orlando public library is the largest library in the state of Florida. The 290'000 square foot facility located in Downtown Orlando is famous for it's genealogy department, located on the third floor and well renowned as being the best in the South East. Mad Cow Theatre is located in the Downtown area of the City of Orlando and plays host to the Annual Orlando Cabaret Festival.
