Disney's Magic Kingdom
The Magic Kingdom is the theme park we picture when we think of Disney, beautiful to look at and judging by the smiles on everyone's face, fun to be there.
Disney are now as renowned for their Theme Parks as they are their Cartoons and they don't get much bigger than Walt Disney World Resort Orlando.

Disney's Magic Kingdom is the Disney park we all imagine when we think of Disney. It comprises of 6 mini parks, Adventureland, Tomorrowland, Mickey's Toontown Fair, Frontierland, Liberty Square and Fantasyland. At various times during the day you will find Mickey Mouse and his gang performing for fans at Cinderella's castle which not only acts as a centre piece for the park but provides briliant scenery for truly remarkable pictures to add to your family album. As well as being the most picturesque of all the Orlando Theme Parks, the Magical Kingdom rides provide their fair share of thrills in the form of Space Mountain, an indoor roller coaster which provides riders with sharp corners, sudden acceleration and big drops, all the time whilst being pitch black.Big Thunder Mountain is another thrill ride in the form of a classic wooden roller coaster, speed and sudden drops a plenty, no one comes off unhappy.

Finally the ever impressive Splash Mountain, a gentle indoor flume which takes in the adventures Br'er Rabit before culminating in a 50 foot drop at 40 miles per hour guaranteeing their will not be a dry seat on the ride.

Children, of course, are spoilt for choice with classic attractions such as It's a Small World in which a gentle boat ride takes you through the many countries of the world as depicted by puppets and Dumbo the Flying Elephant. Another kid's favourite is the peter pan ride in which you are taken above the city of London, England as if you are flying over it. Meet and Greet opportunities with the many Disney character's are avaliable at the park so upon entering make sure you pick up a Magic Kingdom guide which will highlight where in the theme park and at which set times and places, you can meet with your childrens idols. All guides are free of charge.

This provides the opportunity for great family photo's with the likes of Winnie the Pooh, Tiger and of course Mickey mouse, Minnie mouse and the rest of the gang. The highlight for everyone of a truly tiring but unforgetable day, including us here at review-your-orlando.com is the parade at the end of each day which culminates in a Spectacular firework display with Mickey Mouse and friends. The Magic Kingdom looks even more impressive at night with Cinderella's Castle illuminated and the loud music, fireworks and crazy dancing of Mickey mouse and company providing upbeat entertainment. Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Schedued to start on September 13th and running on select nights right until the 31st of Novemeber at Disney's Magic Kingdom theme park. An extra ticket is needed to be purchased upon entry to the park where you will also be able to pick up a much needed Disney's Magic Kingdom map. This extra ticket will get you entry to the hottest party in town in which guests of all ages are encouraged to dress up in their favourite Halloween costumes. Mickey's 'boo-to-you' Halloween parade is bound to provide great fun as well as the spooktacular firework display Happy HalloWishes in whcih the Disney villians wil light up the sky. |
